Manufacture of six transport cradles for XXL monopiles for an offshore wind farm in northern Europe. Constructed from S355J2+N steel and certified to EN 1090 EXC2, each unit (12 × 8 × 5.4 m; 57 t) is designed to withstand loads of up to 1,900 tonnes. The project, involving a total of 340 tonnes of manufactured steel, was completed in three months, including material traceability, approved welding, and dimensional and non-destructive testing. These structures guarantee stability and safety in the handling and transport of large offshore components.
